Engineer

It`s great profession. There is fascination of watching a figment of the imagination emerge through the aid of science to a plan on paper. Then it moves to realization in stone or metal or energy. Next it brings jobs and homes to men. It elevates the standards of living and add to comforts of life. This is engineer`s high privilege. The great liability of the engineer compare to other professions is that his/her works are out in the open where all can see them. His/her acts, step by step, are in hard substance. He/she cannot bury his/her mistakes in the grave like the doctor. He/she cannot argue them into thin air or blame the judge like lawyers. He/she cannot, like the architects, cover his/her failure with tree and vines. He/she cannot like politician, screen his shortcomings by blaming his opponents and hope people will forget. The engineer simply cannot deny that he/she did it. If his/she works do not work, he/she will is damned forever.¹

Researcher and Academics

Some academics go on and doing the same research times after times, often as continuation of their thesis work. Academia seems to me (Ivan Sutherland) deficient in mechanisme to help people stop old and stale projects. Somethimes,their sponsors withdraw support and sometimes their peers suggest change. More often, hoever academics continue working on old things, turning away only when they find newer and more interesting project*.

Bermain kasut Roda

Siapa suka main kasut roda,>>>? Heheh ini soalan yang biasaku tanya kepada adik-adik yang satu geng dengan aku,.. ha.., bermain kasut roda adalah aktiviti kegemaranku semasa masa lapang,.. heheh tapi pandai siki-sikit sahaja,.. (^_*) yang lain masih belajar melalui persembahan-persembahan yang terdapat didalam youtube,..

urmm kasut roda ni agaknya merupakan aktiviti lasak kerana jika berlaku kesilapan boleh membawa kecederan parah bagi pemainnya.., justeru adalah amat dinasihatkan agar para pengiat baru permainan ini memakai kelengkapan keselamatan (PPE).

Kebiasanya, oak park merupakan tempat pilihanku untuk melatihkan diri dalam sukan ini,. Ini kerana park tersebuat agak luas dan dilengkapi dengan pasaranah yang bersesuian dengan sukan ini. Akhir kata majulah sukan kasut roda untuk diri ini...,
